A scuba dive shop can be found in most metropolitan areas. Because scuba diving is not limited to the ocean, dive shops are even found in landlocked locations. These retailers can provide you with just about anything you need for open water diving.

Equipment sales are the backbone of the scuba dive shop. Any equipment that the average recreational diver is in need of, can be found at the dive shop. Many of these shops can also refill your oxygen tanks.

Diving vacations and diving courses are also commonly purchased from a scuba dive shop. Many of these stores specialize in nothing but diving adventures. If your local scuba retailer doesn’t offer vacation packages, they will usually be able to point you in the right direction.
